About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well‑established operation in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking stable, ongoing work, with immediate starts available.
As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock within a high‑racking environment.
Shift: 4on and 4off 6pm till 6am
Pay Rate: £14.22
Key Responsibilities
• Moving, loading, and unloading goods within racking locations
• Maintaining accuracy when handling inventory
• Supporting warehouse operations to meet daily targets
• Adhering to all health & safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 2 year of Reach Truck experience
• Proven experience working in a high‑racking warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability night shifts consistently
â Bendi (Flexi) licence is beneficial but not essential — training or upskilling opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
