We're supporting a welcoming secondary school in Enfield that needs a confident and engaging English Teacher to join them immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and bring energy, structure, and strong classroom presence from day one.
- Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available depending on experience
- Establish clear routines and strong behaviour management to maintain a focused learning environment
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN students
- Track progress and provide meaningful feedback to support student achievement
- Contribute positively to the department and wider school community
- QTS and experience teaching English in a secondary setting
- Strong behaviour management and confidence leading classes from day one
- A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly
- Passion for English and supporting students to reach their full potential
- A reliable team player who thrives in a busy school environment
- Supportive leadership team and collaborative department
- Well-structured curriculum and shared resources

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
