Our client, a renowned educational institution in the heart of West Drayton, Greater London, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team. - Relevant SEND qualification, such as a Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a SEND HLTA or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to effectively support students with diverse learning needs
