- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a creative problem-solving mindset to effectively adapt to the diverse needs of our students.
- Experience in a similar teaching assistant or support role, preferably within an SEN setting, would be highly advantageous.
- A solid understanding of SEN teaching methods and strategies, as well as the ability to implement them effectively.
- Proficiency in the use of assistive technologies and educational resources to enhance the learning experience for students with special needs.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, able to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as required.

If you are excited by the prospect of making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role. Our client offers a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive remuneration package.
