Phoenix Care Staff is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about helping others and are ready to start work as soon as possible.
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, understanding, and confident communicators, with the ability to build trusting relationships with service users, residents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for working in the care sector is essential.
Pay & Hours
• Pay starting from £12.71 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle

Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in the UK care sector
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering person-centred care
• Providing personal care (assisting with washing, dressing, and hygiene)
• Supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home
• Supporting clients with daily activities and routines
• Assisting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
• Supporting individuals with mental health needs
