Are you looking for a cleaning role that has full time hours where you’ll be on the road, with pay starting from the moment you leave your house? The Role We are hiring a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor for Selby, Doncaster & Surrounding Areas. As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our schools, offices, libraries, and public buildings clean, safe, and welcoming.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines cleaning, caretaking, and supervisory duties, offering no two days the same. You’ll work across a designated area and the surrounding locations, providing cover when team members are unavailable and offering support across North Yorkshire when required. Travel time is fully paid from the moment you leave home until you return at the end of your shift, and a company vehicle is provided with all fuel and running costs covered.
The weekly working hours total 37, with shifts split between mornings and evenings. Regular overtime is available. The majority of hours are worked in the evening, typically starting around 3:15 pm and finishing by 9:15 pm. Morning shifts are more variable and depend on the needs of the service, usually falling between 6:00 am and 8:30 am. There is flexibility with start and finish times to accommodate operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and caretaking duties, including opening and closing buildings. Carrying out minor repairs and ensuring sites are safe and presentable. Visiting sites during mornings and evenings as required. Providing cover at short notice to maintain service continuity. Deep‑cleaning school sites during school holidays, including floor scrubbing and carpet cleaning.

A strong team player with the confidence to supervise others. Passionate about delivering high‑quality service. A full UK driving licence holder (essential)
