About the Role: Anglian is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Administrator to join our team to expand the team due to the success of the company’s growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and management of accurate applications for our Living Space portfolio and Window and Door products. This role involves working closely with regulatory bodies across England, Wales, and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit applications for regulatory approvals.
• Manage the application process from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the application process.
• Communicate with customers at regular key intervals and advise on any necessary changes.
• Collaborate with Local Authorities, Customers, Sales, and Technical teams to obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist with processing amendments to achieve desired consents.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Experience in managing applications and working with regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
