This vacancy is only open at this stage to internal employees of the following organisations within the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System: Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, inclusive of Black Country Procurement Group and North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Service. Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board Under the guidance of the Senior HR Advisor provide support to line managers on a range of operational Human Resource issues, ensuring thatTrust policies and standards are adhered to. Key areas of activity will be as follows: This role isnot eligible for visa sponsorship. If it is identified that you require sponsorship to undertake this role your application may be withdrawn 1. To advise line managers on a range of employee relations issues in accordance with the Trusts HR policies. Such issues may besensitive or contentious and the postholder will require influencing and persuasion skills to overcome resistance from employees andmanagers. 2. To advise and support line managers in handling disciplinary cases, including participation in the investigation of cases as allocated bythe Senior HR Advisor. To advise in disciplinary hearings, supporting the Case Investigator in the presentation of their investigationfindings. 3. To advise and support line managers in the resolution of grievances and to participate in hearing the first stages of the procedure, asallocated by the Senior HR Advisor. Complex cases will normally be managed by a more senior member of the human resources team. 4. To support the Senior HR Advisor with Management of Change processes as required including the delivery of interview skills training.
