About the Role
Careegrow is hiring on behalf of a client company for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and expanding the private-client network. This role aligns with an enquiry-led and sourcing-focused business model, requiring a strong relationship-driven approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and manage high-value private clients, converting enquiries and sourcing requests into revenue.
Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with management, working towards defined sales targets.
Analyse client requirements, market trends, and competitor activity to support pricing strategies and commercial positioning.
Manage the end-to-end client journey, including consultation, quotation, and coordination of sourcing and procurement processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of client requirements.
Track sales performance and client engagement, preparing reports to support strategic decisions.
Contribute to the guidance and development of junior team members where required.
Requirements
A degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in luxury sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to sales strategy and interpret market and client data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver tailored client consultations and build long-term relationships.
Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and sourcing requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of high-net-worth client expectations within the UK and European markets.
Compensation
Salary: £52,500 – £57,400 per year
