Responsibilities

Lead negotiation and closing of significant contracts and partnerships within the region.
Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in regional management, business development, or sales.
Proven ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
