The children, staff and Governing Board of St Marie’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an exceptional class teacher to join our dedicated school team.
We are a small but outstanding and friendly school with a warm family environment, situated in the heart of the Standish community.

• An outstanding classroom practitioner

Visits to school can be arranged through the school office (01257 422975) and will be undertaken week commencing 11th May 2026 - afternoons only.
Lesson Observations and interviews will take place 20th & 21st May 2026.
Commitment to safeguarding
The post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulation and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations. St Marie’s Catholic Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Enhanced checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this post. Online searches may also be undertaken for shortlisted candidates.
