What skills and experience we're looking for

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Appropriate qualifications at Level 2 and above which demonstrate the capability of managing a practical school environment
• English and maths at Grade C/4 or above at GCSE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Experience of practical technology equipment
• Experience of risk assessment and Health and Safety at work

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of the use and safety features of a range of machinery important to design technology
• Ability to maintain clean, tidy and hygienic working environment
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
• Practical skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills
• ICT literacy
• Administrative skills
