Your new role
In your new role, you'll take responsibility for a varied personal injury caseload, progressing claims efficiently from initial instruction through to resolution. You'll work across a mix of EL, PL, OL, RTA and related matters, ensuring files move forward smoothly while maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need proven experience managing personal injury files, specifically across EL, PL and RTA claims, with confidence handling both Portal and non‑Portal matters. A solid grounding in PI processes, along with the ability to progress cases efficiently and support the wider team, will be key to succeeding in this position.
