Hybrid role with office, mix of home-working and travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland will be required.
At Center Parcs, our people are our greatest asset, and we’re looking for an experienced operational leader to play a pivotal role in how our villages are maintained, protected, and operated. Working at significant scale and complexity, this role helps ensure our villages remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for thousands of guests and colleagues every week.
This opportunity will allow you to influence the technical performance of a unique, multifaceted leisure environment, with individual villages employing up to 2,000 colleagues and Center Parcs as a whole supporting over 10,000 people across the UK and Ireland.
As Group Accommodation Maintenance Manager, you’ll act as the operational lead for our village based Accommodation Technical Services teams to ensure all Center Parcs villages are well maintained, compliant and fully operational. This role is accountable for defining, protecting and driving accommodation maintenance standards across our village portfolio, shaping the strategic approach to planned and reactive works to consistently deliver high-quality environments.
Sitting on the Development Senior Management Team, this role requires a visible, hands‑on leadership style with a strong focus on developing and mentoring a geographically dispersed team. You will actively foster trusted partnerships with village operational teams, ensuring strong alignment and effective collaboration between Village Technical Services and the Development M&E function.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Technical Leadership & Single Point of Contact – Act as the primary point of contact for all village Accommodation Asset Managers on technical matters, ensuring consistency, clarity and best practice across the estate.
- Driving Best Practice & Cross‑Village Collaboration – Develop, maintain and enhance strong relationships with village‑based Accommodation Asset Managers, promoting cross‑village collaboration and the sharing of effective working practices.
- Asset Management & Planned Maintenance Delivery – Support the Head of Technical Services and Assets in the development and on‑site implementation of asset management and planned maintenance systems and protocols, ensuring a robust and accurate asset register is established and maintained.
- Business Continuity & Emergency Preparedness – Assist the Head of Technical Services and Assets in the development of emergency procedures and recovery plans, supporting effective response to both minor and major technical incidents across the villages.
What We’re Looking For:
- Large‑Scale, Multi‑Site Experience – Significant experience within a large, complex, multi‑site organisation, with the ability to consistently deliver against demanding targets while balancing scale, consistency and operational pressures.
- FM Systems & Asset Data – Proven experience using computer‑based Facilities Management systems to support asset management, planned and reactive maintenance and performance reporting across sizeable estates.
- Building Management Systems Expertise – Strong experience of Building Management Systems (BMS), from specification and commissioning through to handover and end‑user operation within live, operational environments.
Our values:
Each colleague at Center Parcs is involved in building better worlds for our guests, colleagues, communities and our environment. Contributing to our purpose means living out our values: We care, We're brave, We're determined and We're naturally us.
