Your role will include:- Supporting individuals with complex needs including spinal injuries, neurological and respiratory conditions
- Delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction and tracheostomy support (full training provided)
- Assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meals and daily routines
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:- At least 3 months’ hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or supporting a family member
- A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
- A passion for making a difference
