Working Weeks TTO: 39
Contract Type: Fixed term, Part time, Term time only
Location: Fleur de Lys & Pengam Primary Federation
We pay an attractive salary of £8,557 - £8,981 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
The Governing Body of the Federation of Fleur de Lys and Pengam Primary Schools are seeking to appoint an Administration Clerk for these friendly and forward-thinking schools.
A smart, reliable and professional person is required for undertaking this demanding but exciting role working across both schools. The Administrative Clerk is very much a part of the staff and central to the schools. Efficient organisational skills and the ability to welcome pupils, parents, Governors and visitors to our schools are essential along with sound communication skills.
For the role, we ask that you have:
• NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.
• Very good numeracy/literacy skills Very good ICT skills.
• Experience of development, management and operation of administrative systems.
