Crynodeb

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor who enjoys getting stuck in, building relationships, and making a real difference to how people work and stay safe. This role supports colleagues across our corporate offices, housing, and community settings, helping to turn good health and safety practice into something practical, proportionate and genuinely useful.

You’ll work closely with managers and leaders, offering clear advice on health, safety and wellbeing, carrying out audits and inspections, and helping teams understand and manage their risks. You’ll also be involved in incident investigations, improving our management systems, and working with external bodies such as the HSE, local authorities and fire services when needed.

A key part of the role is helping people learn. You’ll design and deliver engaging health and safety training, develop tools and resources managers can actually use, and support initiatives that improve wellbeing and safety culture across the organisation.

We’re looking for someone with solid health and safety experience in a multi-site environment, strong knowledge of UK H&S and fire safety law, and the confidence to influence at all levels. You’ll need a NEBOSH General Certificate and Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent), be a Technical Member of IOSH (or be willing), and enjoy balancing risk sensibly rather than hiding behind rules.

This role involves travelling to different sites, some lone working, and plenty of variety, so you’ll need a full driving licence and a flexible, organised approach. In return, you’ll get the chance to shape how health, safety and wellbeing works in practice, and to be part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration and doing the right thing.

A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Interviews will be taking place in person on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at one of our offices.
