The NSFT Quality Team is committed to developing a robust, organisation-wide approach to total quality management, focused on improving service user experience. In this role, you will: Lead the development of innovative and effective systems that support the delivery of high-quality care Drive the quality assurance and quality control agenda across all services Monitor performance and hold Localities and services accountable for maintaining high-quality standards Ensure that performance challenges are addressed proactively to safeguard quality, safety, and patient experience You will work closely with the Directors for Safer Care and Quality to support delivery of Trust objectives, particularly where performance impacts on care quality and outcomes.
