Key Responsibilities
• Lead the pre flight, correction, and preparation of complex artwork for packaging and label printing.
• Apply advanced technical expertise to ensure artwork is optimised for lithographic print production constraints.
• Produce and approve high quality repro files using Esko ArtPro / ArtPro+, Automation Engine workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Maintain full technical ownership of files through to print readiness, resolving issues proactively and efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal standards, customer specifications, and quality guidelines.
• Support and mentor junior repro team members, sharing best practice and technical knowledge.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage priorities, improve workflows, and consistently meet tight production deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Skills and Experience
• Extensive experience as a Senior or highly experienced Repro Operator within the print or packaging industry.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong expertise in Esko ArtPro / ArtPro+; Automation Engine workflow experience is highly desirable.
• In depth understanding of Offset Lithographic print processes and production limitations.
