The Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to grow our presence across the South West.
This is a field-based sales role covering Cornwall (approx. 60%) and the wider South West including Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds (approx. 40%). You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth within the foodservice and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities within foodservice, hospitality, and catering sectors
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and proactive outreach (cold calling, networking)
• Convert leads into long-term, profitable relationships
• Plan and manage your own territory and diary effectively
• Build strong product knowledge (full training provided)
• Work closely with internal teams and report to the General Manager

Requirements
• Proven experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Foodservice Sales, or Business Development
• Strong track record in sales targets and new business generation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Full, clean UK driving licence
Experience in seafood, fresh produce, or hospitality supply is advantageous.

• £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
