We are seeking a Grounds and General Maintenance Operative to join our Site Services Team on a 6-month contract, supporting the upkeep of our 1200-acre MIRA Technology Park.


In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the proving ground and wider site, carrying out landscaping activities such as grass cutting and tree maintenance across test and operational areas. You will also deliver planned and reactive maintenance, supporting the safe and efficient upkeep of roads, external spaces, and site infrastructure.


Working in a technically advanced automotive R&D environment, you’ll play an important role in ensuring site safety, operational continuity, and the long-term condition of key assets.

Please note;


This is a 6 month contract Inside IR35
This role is to be paid up to £16 p/hr inclusive of holiday pay.
This role involves some stand by - an allowance will be paid accordingly in line with agency worker regulations
The role is working 39 hours a week
The role requires a level 2 qualification in maintenance or an equivilent discipline
full UK drivers licence
