This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the commercial, financial, and operational aspects of facilities management contracts. As Contract Manager, you'll act as the guardian of the contract, balancing compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction whilst ensuring all contractual obligations are met and services are delivered to the highest standards. This is a safety critical role where you'll make a real difference to our operations and client relationships.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your day to day will include:
-Ensuring full compliance with all contractual terms, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and implementing corrective actions where necessary
-Managing contract budgets, forecasts, and financial performance whilst identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters
-Leading and mentoring both hard and soft services teams, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that promotes wellbeing and high engagement
-Identifying and managing operational and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:
-You have a strong understanding of facilities management contracts and commercial management principles
-You possess excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with financial acumen and P&L experience
-You have knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
-You demonstrate strong leadership abilities and can inspire and develop teams to enhance performance
-You are IOSH certified with expertise in conducting effective risk assessments and have knowledge of statutory requirements
