We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, providing tools, analysis and insight across a portfolio of key ISS UK accounts.​

This role plays a crucial part in enabling informed decision-making, challenging established thinking and supporting the delivery of business strategy.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who will act as a trusted adviser to both ISS UK and the Client, delivering real-time financial analysis to maximise value creation while minimising risk exposure.​

You will take ownership of end-to-end financial management for client contracts, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operational and commercial teams to support effective financial decision-making

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes for client contracts

Monitor financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities

Analyse costs, margins and profitability to drive business performance

Support contract performance and ensure financial targets are met

Provide clear, actionable financial reporting and insights to stakeholders

Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve financial outcomes

Ensure strong financial control, governance and compliance, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong commercial finance experience within service-based contract environments

Qualified Accountant

Strong financial analysis skills with proven commercial acumen

Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including modelling and reporting

Ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to challenge, influence and support non-finance stakeholders

Good understanding of P&L, cost drivers and business performance metrics

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, with high attention to detail
