Reward Analyst

Contract: P&C Operations

Location: Weybridge, KT13 0SL or London, E14 9SH

Hours of work: 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Reward Analyst to take responsibility for reward data analysis and provide expert support across compensation, benchmarking and annual reward processes.​

This role acts as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on reward-related matters, ensuring accurate, timely and insight-led decision making.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with a detailed understanding of reward principles, job architecture and compliance, and who can support the delivery of competitive and compliant reward programmes aligned to global direction and local needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation and benefits offerings.

Analyse, model and evaluate reward data, producing accurate reports and insights to inform decision making.

Support annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation and analysis.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of reward data across systems and tools.

Support the development and maintenance of reward policies and procedures.

Assist with budget tracking and reward-related projects.

Support the design and implementation of job architecture, ensuring consistency in job grading and evaluation.

Act as a key point of contact for reward-related queries, providing timely and accurate stakeholder support.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong analytical, numerical and modelling skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and HRIS.

Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful insights.

Understanding of core reward terminology and best practices, including job architecture.

Knowledge of relevant compensation and benefits legislation, including regulatory compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.

Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
