About the role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and personable Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a Maintenance Operative, your main duties will include performing regular maintenance tasks at the care home, such as basic plumbing and decorating. You will also be responsible for keeping the premises secure and carrying out scheduled checks throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repairs
Basic plumbing, decorating, and general upkeep
Conducting regular safety and compliance checks
Ensuring the building and grounds are well-presented at all times
Responding promptly to maintenance requests
