Casual School CleanerPenyrheol Comprehensive School is seeking to recruit reliable and flexible Casual Cleaners to support the effective cleaning and maintenance of the school premises as and when required.About the RoleThe successful candidates will be required to work on a casual basis, covering staff absence, additional cleaning requirements, and peak periods. Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral cleaning of classrooms, offices, toilets, corridors, and communal areasVacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dustingEmptying bins and disposal of wasteReplenishing cleaning supplies and materialsWorking in accordance with health and safety and hygiene standardsEssential RequirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood attention to detailReliable, punctual, and flexible in availabilityCommitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for pupils and staffPrevious cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.SafeguardingPenyrheol Comprehensive School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
