To be a proactive member of the pharmacy department, working collaboratively with our diverse team of pharmacy professionals, and to provide excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients. To ensure the seamless transfer of care of our patients between various care settings and ensuring that medicines reconciliation is performed accurately at all times. To mentor and undertake the educational and practice supervision of pharmacy team members during their various stages of professional development, including Trainee Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy students.
