A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated and skilled British Sign Language (BSL) Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role supporting pupils with hearing impairments, helping them to access learning and thrive within a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils using BSL
Facilitate communication between pupils, teachers, and peers
Support access to the curriculum across a range of subjects
Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored learning strategies
Promote inclusion and independence for pupils with additional needs
Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL)
Experience working with children, ideally within a school setting
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Availability to work full-time and start immediately
Strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach
