What Our Client Is Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) with a valid NMC PIN - strongly preferred
- Candidates holding a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care will also be considered
- Proven and demonstrable experience managing a nursing home - this is essential
- Experience across residential, nursing and dementia care settings
- A strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks
- An inspirational leader with the ability to motivate, develop and retain a high-performing team
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving occupancy
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home across residential, nursing and dementia care
- Provide strong, visible and inspirational
- Drive and maintain the highest possible standards of care, ensuring the home consistently meets and exceeds regulatory requirements
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation and all relevant policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, retention, supervision and development of staff at all levels
- Manage the home's budget, occupancy levels and financial performance effectively
- Lead a culture that places residents' wellbeing, dignity and independence at the centre of everything
- Work closely with the wider group and senior leadership team to deliver on the home's strategic goals
