We are family Run Post office and a retail business in Exeter area. We deal in Post office services, Alcohol sales, Confectionery, Greetings cards, Stationery, Soft drinks, News papers, Magazines and Gift articles.
We are highly dedicated to serve our local community that supports local businesses where they can and we are always their when they needs us. So customer service with a smile is paramount.
Job role:
This job is simple but yet challenging as it involves managing and handling cashflow from our personal banking and business banking customers.
It involves vast amount of knowledge as we sell various carrier products we deal in Post office and always aim to provide right services to suit customers needs.
We also provide government services like Passport check and send and Vehicle tax services, bill payments and Drivers license service over the counter.
We also provide travel money services to our customers i.e. foreign currency, travel money card, travel insurance and post office owned savings accounts and savings growth bonds. And on top of this usual retail services from various categories across shop floor.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should enjoy taking on responsibility, have a passion for customer service so they can meet customers expectations.
It is felt that this position will require customer service and retail experience and relevant supporting qualifications would be very welcome.
Personally, you perform well within a small team environment and are recognized for your communicational skills in a business setting.
Individually you are a dependable operator , able to observe the highest level of confidentiality, well –presented with good IT skills.
We are not looking to hire someone in a full time/ part time Education. As this job is not a casual job.
