Customer Service Administrator
Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at TLJ Group Limited. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide efficient administrative support. It is essential that you enjoy detailed work, have good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft office systems, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process existing customer orders via telephone or e-mail.
• Support the sales department with business administration tasks such as speaking with customers for completed account forms, software agreements & other relevant documentation required
• Speak with customers who are coming to the end of the first year within their annual service agreement and engage with their team to review their plan
• Achieve or exceed all targets and KPIs, working closely with other team members and line manager
• Occasionally represent TLJ with visits to client sites
• Build key relationships across the whole customer organisation, which in turn will deliver additional Business Revenue from those customers
• Work in a collaborative manner while supporting operational colleagues who are responsible for delivering the service to the nominated account to ensure that key relationships are used effectively to leverage additional business from the account
• Use and maintaining the CRM system with up-to-date information
• Promote best practice in sales delivery in all propositions and working practices
• Support internal departments in managing customer requirements and expectations
• Attend trade shows on behalf of TLJ and always represent the company in a professional manner
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, based in the office in Hull. Salary of £27,000 per annum. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays are given, after two years of continuous service an additional annual leave day will be given per year to the maximum of 25 days plus Bank Holidays. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will be eligible to go onto the company BUPA Health Scheme.
