Learning Support Assistant
Looking for a role where you genuinely change someone's day?
We're working with specialist SEN schools across Swindon who are looking for compassionate, steady and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.
These settings support pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs, along with supporting the class teacher in general delivery of the class work. The work is hands-on, sometimes challenging, always meaningful.
You won't just be "extra support" in the room. You'll be the calm voice, the safe space, the person who helps a pupil regulate, refocus and access their learning.
Due to the time of the year, this can also be for September start.
Location: Across Swindon
Working Hours: 08.30 - 3.30
Employment Type: Both full and part time roles available.
