Summary
The Education Specialists are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support young people age 14-16 years with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) to start after May half term. This position is long term until July with the opportunity to secure a permanent position with the school in September.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Support students who may struggle with confidence, behaviour, or emotional regulation
- Help children rebuild their relationship with learning, celebrating small steps and progress
- Be a calm, positive role model-someone they can look up to and trust
- Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to provide consistent, compassionate support
- Assist with classroom activities, small-group work, and individual interventions tailored to students' needs
