Our client, a leading Main Dealer, is looking to appoint a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. - OTE earnings approximately £38,900, including bonuses and commission

- Monday to Friday working week with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Greet customers and manage the service intake process efficiently
- Advise customers on repair, servicing, and maintenance needs
- Produce accurate job cards and cost estimates to ensure dealership profitability
- Liaise effectively between technicians and customers to keep them updated on repair progress
- Upsell additional services and repairs where appropriate to maximise workshop revenue
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the service process
- Handle customer enquiries and provides solutions promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, workshop procedures, and relevant terminology is desirable
