Gardener (5 Days per Week) – Aylesbury, Private Estate - £27,000
The Job:
This is a great opportunity to work in a well maintained and supportive environment, contributing to the upkeep of a private estate. This is a hands on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across all areas of grounds care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing lawns, (push and sit on cylinder Mowers) and maintaining grassed areas
- Weeding beds, borders and pathways
- Strimming and general grounds maintenance
- Planting and seasonal garden work
The Candidate:
- Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable and hardworking gardener
- Full UK drivers licence
The Package:
- Salary £27,000 DOE

Candidate Requirements
