As part of an exciting organisational restructure we are streamlining our senior management structure, replacing several senior roles with a more focused, modern leadership model.

We are undertaking an exciting organisational resturcture to ensure we are fit for the future and continue delivering high-quality, reliable services for our tenants and communities.

As part of this, we are streamlining our senior management structure, replacing several senior roles with a more focused, modern leadership model. This approach strengthens accountability, brings leadership closer to frontline services, and ensures we are making the best possible use of our resources as a charitable organisation.

As a result, we are creating new Operational Lead (Team Leader) roles across key service areas and these roles will play a vital part in delivering services, supporting teams, and improving outcomes for our tenants.

The Role
Operational Leads will take responsibility for day-to-day service delivery, leading and developing teams, and driving strong, consistent performance. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help turn strategy into practical improvements that make a real difference to tenants.

What We Offer

  • £45,505 - £53,864 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 35-hour working week
  • 5.7% employer pension contribution
  • 40 days annual leave

Key Duties Incude:

  • Develop and deliver clear, accurate, and actionable performance reporting across services.
  • Support the effective use and optimisation of the association's systems to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting capability
  • Provide insight to support service reviews and redesign activity led by the Transformation Team.
  • Contribute to Cyber Essentials-aligned practices in data handling and system use.
  • Design and deliver training, workshops, and guidance to improve staff capability in using systems, data, and performance information.
  • Act as trusted point of contact for data, reporting, and insight across the organisation.
  • Promote a digital-first approach to service delivery and performance management.
