The Senior Delivery Managers will provide dedicated capacity to drive major change programmes across the Trust, including administrative and clerical reviews, corporate services transformation, patient flow improvements, and service redesign.

These roles will ensure that transformation activity is properly scoped, governed, and delivered at pace, with clear milestones and measurable benefits.

By embedding structured project management support within divisions, they will strengthen delivery confidence and accelerate progress on high impact programmes.

Lead complex efficiency and transformation programmes that improve patient experience, reduce waste, and strengthen system performance.

Work across clinical, operational, and corporate teams to turn strategic priorities into deliverable, measurable change.

Use data and insight to pinpoint opportunities, track progress, and ensure benefits are realised and sustained.

Build strong relationships across providers, ICBs, and national teams to drive alignment and unblock delivery challenges.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, supporting teams to adopt new ways of working and deliver better outcomes.
With a new hospital planned for Watford, work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital and plans for a neighbourhood healthcare centre in Hemel Hempstead, this is an exciting time to join us.
