We’re currently looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join the team at our Stirling depot.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality body repairs, polishing, preparation, and spray painting on both customer and dealer-owned equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare machinery for repair and paintwork.
• Carry out damage repairs as needed.
• Apply paint products correctly and to a high standard.
• Mix and match paint to achieve an accurate finish.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Complete job cards, timesheets, risk assessments, and other required paperwork.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with general workshop duties and support other departments when required.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Spray Painter in a professional workshop.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A team player who’s also confident working independently.
• Able to work safely, skilfully, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• A forklift and/or truck driving licence would be an advantage, but not essential.
