Healthcare Assistant
Location: Walsall, WS3
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour
Shifts: Full-Time | Night shifts (10-hour shifts)

The Role
You will support a child with complex clinical needs in both home and community settings, helping to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
PEG feeding
Chest physiotherapy
Personal care and mobility support
Supporting communication, daily routines, and engagement in activities
Facilitating play and sensory-based sessions
Promoting comfort, safety, and wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 3 months’ hands-on care experience
Confidence in medication administration, moving and handling, and personal care
Calm, reliable, and proactive approach to care
Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
