Snettisham Primary School is a thriving, inclusive primary school looking for an inspirational teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. This role is a perfect opportunity for an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record in Primary education who is ready to drive whole-school improvement.

We work in strong partnership with Heacham Infant and Nursery and Heacham Junior schools, all part of West NorfolkAcademies Trust, benefiting from close support and strong collaboration.

Salary: Leadership Scale L1 – L5 Full time

We are looking for someone who:

●Is an Exemplary Teacher: Maintains outstanding classroom practice and models high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.

● Has Primary Experience: Understanding of the Primary curriculum, phonics, and the transition to Secondary.

● Experience Of Coaching: Ability to mentor and develop staff at all career stages to improve teaching and learning.

● Drives Inclusion: A passionate advocate for SEND, safeguarding, and supporting children from diverse backgrounds.

● Is a Strategic Thinker: Contributes effectively to school improvement plans, solution focused and uses data effectively to accelerate progress.
