Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hygiene Operative to join an established food manufacturing business based in Broxburn on an ongoing temporary basis.
Our client operates a busy chilled production facility, requiring a reliable operative to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site.
What's on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm
- £13.31 per hour, paid weekly
- Full PPE provided
- Full training provided - no experience necessary
As a Hygiene Operative, your duties will include:
- Cleaning industrial machinery, floors, walls and work surfaces to set hygiene standards
- Safely operating cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals
- Maintaining food safety standards throughout the facility
- Moving and positioning cleaning equipment and materials as required
To be considered as a Hygiene Operative, you will need:
- A reliable and thorough approach to work
- Comfortable working within a chilled environment
- Previous experience in a hygiene or industrial cleaning role is welcome, though full training will be provided
