Job overview
==========================
This is a permanent, full-time live-in care position for a 91-year-old client with arthritis and dementia. The role involves providing daily support with personal care, household management, meal preparation, and companionship. The carer will live in the client's home and work on a shared rota basis (approximately 37-52 hours per week across 3 visits per day). Occasional overnight support is required to provide respite to the client's husband (maximum one week per month). This role would suit an organised, reliable and calm carer who is experienced in dementia care and can work consistently as part of a care team.

• Manage and administer vitamins and other health-related support
• Support with personal hygiene and toileting needs
• Assist with mobility around the home (client uses a walking frame)
• Buy groceries and prepare meals tailored to the client's preferences
• Encourage the client to eat and drink regularly
• Undertake household tasks including cleaning and laundry
• Drive the client to appointments (carer's own car required)
• Provide overnight reassurance and support as required
• Offer friendly companionship and emotional support
