About Us

The Role
We are looking for a first-class Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious meals while managing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and serve meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs (including diabetic, vegetarian, and texture-modified diets)
Plan menus and manage stock ordering
Maintain food safety records and hygiene standards
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Manage budgets and kitchen operations
Supervise staff, complete supervisions, and manage rotas
Support events alongside the Activities Team
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Experience in a care setting
Catering qualifications
Food safety/hygiene certification
Desirable:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
