Role Overview
This is a self-employed contractor opportunity. The Referral Partner will introduce potential clients to the company for immigration and recruitment services and receive commission for successful conversions.
The role is limited strictly to referrals and introductions only.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and refer individuals who may require immigration or recruitment services
Share basic, non-advisory information about the company’s services
Connect prospective clients with the company’s authorised advisors
Maintain a network to generate ongoing referrals
Follow up on introductions (without providing advice)
Compliance Restrictions (Critical)
Must not provide immigration advice or case-specific guidance
Must not assess eligibility, suggest visa routes, or interpret immigration rules
All regulated advice must be provided only by authorised advisers within the company
Role is limited to introductions and marketing/referral activity
Requirements
Strong networking and communication skills
Access to potential client base or community network
Understanding of professional boundaries in regulated sectors
Engagement Terms
Self-employed / independent contractor
Commission-based only (per successful referral)
Responsible for own tax and National Insurance
No employment benefits
Full flexibility; free to engage with other businesses
Compensation
Commission payable upon successful onboarding or conversion of referred client
Terms agreed in advance
