What skills and experience we're looking for

Following a review of our leadership structure, we are seeking to appoint two Assistant Headteachers to join our senior leadership team. These are teaching leadership roles, with a clear expectation that leaders remain closely connected to classroom practice and lead improvement through visibility, credibility and direct involvement in teaching and learning.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with colleagues to improve the quality of teaching, develop staff and contribute to whole-school priorities. Responsibilities are not fixed and will be shaped around the strengths of the successful candidates and the needs of the school. These may be adapted by the Headteacher in response to the needs of the school.
