The RoleThe core focus of this position is to provide essential support to qualified staff and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for our children. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery, providing general care, supervision, and helping to facilitate play-based activities.
What We OfferA competitive hourly wage is paid on the Support Staff scale. This role offers a supportive team environment, comprehensive on-the-job training, and for the right candidate, the potential for supported qualification training (e.g., Level 2/3) to kick start your career in childcare. Have some demonstrable experience (personal or professional) working with young children (ages 0-5).

Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
You will assist the practitioners with setting up and tidying up the indoor and outdoor learning environment, provide high-quality general care and supervision of the children, support the delivery of planned activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist with meal times and personal care routines.
