Are you passionate about making a difference? We’re looking for an inspiring, dedicated, and compassionate Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team.
We are looking for:
A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
The ability to adapt, innovate, and bring out the best in every child.
An abundance of patience, empathy, and positivity.
Strong communication skills to connect with children, parents, and staff.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing tailored support to children with SEND, helping them thrive academically and emotionally.
Collaborating with all staff to create inclusive, engaging learning environments.
Celebrating each child as an individual.
Turning challenges into opportunities for growth and discovery.
Have a key role in delivering interventions.

> Relevant experience in education or SEND support is required.
> This is a morning position 8.45am - 12.15pm, working as a 1:1 SEN TA, supporting a child in Year 2 with Social, Emotional and Mental health needs. There is the potential for this to include supporting our lunchtime club, extending the hours to finish at 1.15pm. This will be discussed further during interviews.

> Salary Hay 10 £25,992-£27,269 FTE (£11,642-£12,213 actual)> Start Date 1st September 2026> This is a 1 year, fixed term position.
> Closing date Friday 8th May, interviews will be held w/c May 11th.
