The Role
Thrive Education are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work predominately as a 1:1 SEN TA within Mainstream primary school settings .
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and are looking for flexible work that fits around their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with SEN needs in both 1:1 and small group settings
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Help create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work or similar)
A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
