Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for aBand 6 Dietitianto join ourCommunity Dietetics Adults Team.

Based atTrinity House, Ashford, this role offers a varied and rewarding workload across community settings, where you can see the real difference your dietetic advice makes to patients’ lives. The post is full time, withflexible and part‑time working considered.

We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with aspecialist interest in Gastroenterology, or those wishing to develop in this area.

You will be part of alarge, friendly, and supportive Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics Servicewithin KCHFT, employing over50 dietetic staff across four teams working across Kent. We are a dynamic, forward‑thinking community service that values innovation, collaboration, and staff wellbeing.
• Deliveringface‑to‑face outpatient clinics
• Undertakinghome visitsto support patients in their own homes
• Runningvirtual clinics and virtual care home clinics, including remote working from home where appropriate
• Managing a varied community caseload and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Contributing to and deliveringpatient group education sessions
• Participating inservice development and quality improvement (QI) projects
