Production Operative / Technician
Location: Witney

Full-time | Monday to Friday 6am- 2pm rotating weekly 2pm-10pm

Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a leading global manufacturing business to recruit Production Operatives / Technicians to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regulated, fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of innovative products used in medical and diagnostic settings.

The Role

You'll play a key part in the end-to-end production process, working across manufacturing, quality, and warehouse operations to ensure products are delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
  • Supporting production from printing through to packaging
  • Following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
  • Accurately inputting and managing production data and batch records
  • Weighing, measuring, and preparing raw materials
  • Carrying out visual and instrument-based quality inspections
  • Supporting inventory control and warehouse activities (FIFO, stock handling, shipping)
  • Assisting with product testing, sampling, and analysis
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping (5S/6S) and safety compliance
  • Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab-based environments (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Comfortable working with data systems and automated machinery
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Good understanding of health & safety (COSHH/EHS) practices
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
